Cycling for Health – My fitness regime

When people ask me why I took up the strenuous cycling as my health and fitness regime, I have no answer apart from “I was simply enjoying myself I don’t know how it began, nor why. An activity that has long been relegated to a child’s recreation has many health benefits. Cycling is a zero-cost healthy exercise that can be enjoyed by people of all age groups; young-to-old.

It’s fun, cheap and eco-friendly as well. Many governments are now encouraging, cycle to work, organizing cycling tours for tourists as well as implementing no motor-vehicle days as well. Such plans not only encourage people to take up cycling but also push us to stop using polluting fuels for our daily transportation.
